Service Description

Babysitter Certification is for youth in grades 6 and up. In this course, participants will learn what makes a good babysitter, and what to look for in an employer, ages and stages of development from 3 months to school age, behaviour and misbehaviour and how that relates to communication, changing and feeding babies, activities and healthy nutrition for children of all ages, preventing accidents, what to do in emergency situations, calling 911 and basic first aid.
